24. Where the Bureau or any Member(s) is/are found to have breached the Code by a Compliance Committee, the Bureau shall (unless the relevant Complainant (if any) and all party or parties concerned who have been adversely affected by such breach otherwise agree in writing to the contrary)as soon as practicable and by confidential circular notify all Members as to the nature and date(s) of the breach(es) and identifying the party or parties found to be in breach by the Compliance Committee but without revealing the identity of the Complainant (if any) or any other party or parties concerned (including the identity of the members of the Compliance Committee). The aforesaid confidential circular shall be issued on a strictly “without prejudice” basis and shall not be used in any legal proceedings.
