Accredition





The accreditation aims to help build confidence in e-commerce transactions especially in the area of privacy and security.

The council is industry led with support from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). To acquire the TrustSg seal, companies are required to comply with a stringent code of conduct for online business practice set by the NTC. Customers will recognise the company as a trustworthy e-commerce operator when the web Site carries the TrustSg seal.

Credit Bureau (Singapore) Pte Ltd has complied with the code of practice and has been accredited.


CaseTrust

Credit Bureau (Singapore) Pte Ltd has been officially accredited by Case Trust. CaseTrust is an accreditation scheme where businesses declare upfront that they conform to minimum standards that have been stipulated and defined through their membership in the scheme. It is a declaration of assurance to consumers who patronise them. A category known as CaseTrust Gold will be the ultimate declaration of business excellence as recognised by the scheme. CaseTrust is a collaboration between CASE, PSB, STB and IDA whose synergy would represent the desire that this scheme will help propel businesses to a level of excellence that will be internationally recognised.

Consumers who are in any way dissatisfied with CaseTrust members can write to the CaseTrust Management Committee, who will be empowered to investigate their grievances and if necessary, mediate their problems through a panel of independent mediators. Good business practices will also be recognised and highlighted by CaseTrust.
