further. Please note that this platform is under constant monitoring for system performance to prevent any possible
misuse of the website services. Should you encounter any difficulties in completing your transaction, please contact
Consumer Services at 6565 6363 immediately to report any system fault.


Otherwise, please have the following information ready to begin your transaction.

Your SingPass ID and Password
2.
A valid MasterCard or Visa Credit card is accepted
3.
Enets Direct Debit services are also available. You would need an internet banking account with
DBS/UOB or Citibank to proceed
4.
For promotions, you may require a promotional code. Please obtain from merchant if required.
5.
CBS credit report is priced at $6.42 inclusive of GST
6.
Recommended browsers version accepted by Enets payment gateway are Internet Explorer 7 or 8
and Mozilla Firefox 3. Kindly note that mobile browsers such as Safari and Google Chrome are not supported.
7.
For Enets Direct Debit payment, please kindly disable all popup blockers or 3rd party software
that does not allow popup windows on your internet browsers. Failure to do so may cause an
unexpected termination of the transaction.

Configuring the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker

In the input field for “Address for website to allow” indicate “www.enets.sg” and click Add button. The website will be displayed in “Allowed sites” box.

Please also add the relevant bank’s sites to your list of allowed sites if you are using the DBS/POSB, UOB and/or Citibank Internet banking facilities to make your payment. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages will not be displayed and the transaction request will not be processed.

Click Close and OK to apply the new settings.
